Innovative agrotechnology of biological protection of fruit orchards from a complex of pests to obtain environmentally friendly
On February 10, 2017, the Krasnodar Philharmonic named after G.F. Ponomarenko hosted a solemn event dedicated to the celebration of the Day of Russian Science.
Anna Alekseevna Minkova, Vice-Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, delivered a welcoming speech to more than 600 representatives of the scientific and pedagogical community of the region, congratulating scientists on their professional holiday. Addressing the participants, she noted that "Krasnodar Krai was and remains a knowledge-intensive region. Our scientists are the golden fund not only of our region, but of the whole country. Their developments have been implemented in many sectors of the Russian economy. Representatives of the Kuban science are also reaching the world level."
Tatyana Sinyugina, the Minister of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the region, also addressed congratulations to the representatives of the scientific and pedagogical community of Kuban.
- Regional awards for high achievements in scientific, technical and innovative activities, effective training of highly qualified scientific personnel were awarded to scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers of various industries.

Vladimir Dmitrievich Nadykta, Director of the Institute, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, was awarded a certificate of honor by the administration of the Krasnodar Territory;- Thanks to the Head of the Administration (Governor) of the Krasnodar Territory, the head of the laboratory of the state collection and primary evaluation of biological plant protection products, Ph.D. Agasyeva Irina Sergeevna, was encouraged;

- Also on this day, students, postgraduates, young scientists who achieved the most significant results in research work in 2016, who became winners of regional and prize-winners of international, All-Russian competitions were honored.
- Junior researcher of the Laboratory of Phytosanitary Monitoring, Instrumentation and Technical Support Mkrtchyan Andronik Grigorovich was awarded the Diploma of the winner of the competition "U.M.N.I.K." For high achievements in scientific, technical and innovative activities.
The solemn event ended with a festive concert of creative collectives of the Krasnodar Philharmonic named after G.F. Ponomarenko.
